“I’ve been a little hesitant to send you a message because I wanted to be sure I was making progress. Since I received the KAIFITNESS for golf DVD set things have been changing with my golf game. I think it’s been about 3 weeks because I received the DVD’s just after I had my 75th birthday. I immediately watched a couple of the DVD’s and took some notes and started with the weight training. I have been working with the weights 6 days a week and first of all can feel the difference. I’ve never been what you would call a long hitter as my drives have been about 180 to 190, but I usually don’t get in much trouble either. The past week to 10 days I played about 6 rounds of golf and I’ve been pleasantly surprised as my drives have been about 195 to 205 yds. I’ve even had a couple of WOW”S that went 210 yds. My golfing buddies even asked me “what are you eating?” I just laugh! Of course I’m also seeing a distance improvement with my other clubs as well. So I am sold on the weight training from the DVD’s. I haven’t gotten through all of them yet as that will take some time, but I really love the weight training because I feel stronger and I can literally see the results in my game. Thanks much Tina and Kai. I really appreciate you two and you’ve done a terrific job with your DVD set.”
