How Proper Golf Exercises Can Overcome Pain from Injuries
We’d like to share with you a great story we received from one of Kai’s clients. Jennifer was struggling with injuries and pain while playing golf, and with a little help from Kai’s exercises she’s overcome much of that now.

 

“Hi Kai,

 

“I recently worked with you for two sessions at the Annika Academy in May. Although I have not been able to take full advantage of your DVD program and all the exercises I learned from you because of my injured shoulder, I have worked really hard at engaging my abs during my swing and starting my downswing with my hips first. What a “light bulb” moment that was when I did the swing fault exercise with you that taught me that!

 

“Before I worked with you I played golf with a lot of lower back pain. I previously had two facet joint injections, had to ice after every round and practice session and utilized deep tissue massage to tolerate the pain.

 

“Now that I am engage my abs on the backswing and downswing, my back no longer hurts. It is just amazing! I can’t thank you enough for that!

 

“I have also gained distance back with my driver that I had lost because of the weakness in my shoulder from recently diagnoses injuries. If you remember, I was in the process of getting my shoulder examined by an orthopedist when I met with you. I can’t wait for my shoulder to get better in the off season so I can use your entire program.

 

“I look forward to coming back to work with you and add a golf lesson in my visit to solidify what you teach.”
